More importantly, you may want to reevaluate your programming in order to ensure the intensities of the movements are appropriate in context to the rest of your training.

Not to be a dick, but you need to seriously quit lifting weights. For fear of loosing your life. I'm just sayin!
 
how the hell would you pull both of them. ive never heard of anyone pulling a calve muscle.

I strained or possible have a small tear in my left bicep from doing x-body curls the wrong way and going too heavy. Its been almost 2 months and I'm still healing from that. Take your time and rest, or go light. I'm only curling 40lbs with some pain in my arm. In my right i'm curling 65-70lbs. Its frustrating but got to take it easy imo.
 
Wow, you guys are going bat shit. it was standing calf raise about 200+, I don't think i'll stop lifting Flathead. I bounced the on the raise and that was my undoing. Almost 100% now. Put myself on R.I.C.E (rest, ice, compress,elevate) worked great. Thank for all concern, what a loving bunch. blow me
