Another question from the newbie..( dont groan! )
ok, I know that in order to gain mass, along with proper diet, you need to move big weights......agreed?
At least thats what i thought...
I have also read a good article stating that while you shift big eights, your form slips and you end up using other muscles in order to aid you lift big..
Your muscle doesnt know how much your lift.So its better to drop the weight down and use strict form in order to realy hit the muscles you want to...you might not be lifting much but it really blasts the muscles your aiming for..
Im confused..?
Is the latter used mainly to isolate and shape the muscles rather than build them.?
I feel that its a mixture of the both that works.
Start the set strictly for as long as you can and then maybe drop the form a touch in order to finish if needed to.
Am i right?........or very wrong!!!
Anyone like to throw some sense into this one?
thanks.
