fruits for cutting

If you want to cut bodyfat is eating fruit OK? I don't want to cut carbs completely out. I eat oatmeal with Sweet n low in the morning. I'm wondering if eating like 3 fruits a day is OK? Like apples. I love apples and I must eat them but I want confirmation. I want my fiber and since cutting carbs is tough, apples has 4g of fiber so 3 is 12g so that's pretty good. Anyways let me know please. Thanks.

I eat 2-3(usually 3) peices of fruit a day when cutting and it never has stopped me from losing weight.I don't eat the fruit any later than the afternoon or any other carb for that matter and I lose weight just fine.Like DP said don't neglect you vegetables either there great sources of fiber and are very low in carbs/calories.
