I m 19 yrs old male and tryin to loose some weight.My weight is 70kg ..i m 5'8.i would like to knw that...if i eat only fruits throughout the day instead of regular meals...can i loose my weight? i use to work out before...but currently i m not.i m planning to do only cardio and eat only fruits...will it b a gud idea? kindly give in yr suggestion's.thx in advance.REGARDS!!!
