what would be a good set of exercises for a fullback workout?

Deadlifts
Seated or bent rows
Pullups

Dats all you need :thumb:

vertical pulling...pulldowns or chins
horizontal pulling...seated rows
rowing from floor...bent row, T BAR row, dumbell row
AND...deadlifts!

But, deadlifts mainly work my butt! And i always use a parallel hip width stance what should i do!

Are you sure your not doing Straight leg dead lifts Pumpit, cause I don't feel deads in my legs at all.

As Scotty said....are you doing regular or stiff leg deads? There is some butt involvement with regular deads, but most of it is low back. Your form must be off or you are doing stiff leg deads.

thanx, would this be a good example of a good full back workout...

seated row

seated high row

incline row

front pulldown or chinups

and im not really sure how deadlifts are performed in terms of back workouts?

Anyone ever try back extensions? If you do it with a plate in your arms, it looks like a really softer version of deads.

This workout is not the best it could be. This is better for overall back development...

-WG pulldown or WG chins
-bent over barbell row or T-Bar row
-seated CG pully row
-dumbell pullover or stiff arm pulldown
-deadlift or hyperextension

2 sets of 6-10 of each movement to failure

cheers for the feedback

one question why only two sets to each exercise?

one more question, whats a CG pully row?
Im guessin its a row with the machine but are you talking about the high row or the straight row?

To answer your two above questions:

-2 sets each b/c I believe in low volume, high intensity training
-and with the CG row, I am speaking of a straight row with a close grip handle

sweet thanx
