When doing a total body push/pull wuth goals of strength (basically the same as kenwoods) would leg strength be affected if you do 15 MIN HIIT Cardio after lifting?

I try not to do cardio (especially something intense like HIIT) after I train legs. A total body workout only has you training 3 times a week which leaves you 4 other days to fit cardio in somewhere else. that is one of the benefits of it.

day1- lift
day2- cardio
day3- lift
day4- off
day5- lift
day6- cardio
day7- off

or you can train AM and cardio PM

I would never do any type of higher intensity cardio immediately following lifting. If you were to do any cardio after lifting, I would keep the intensity low.

You are already glycogen depleted. Performing another glycogen dependant activity immediately after lifting is probably not the best of ideas. Your body may rest to utilizing the protein stored in muscle mass to convert it into glucose (Gluconeogenesis) to meet your energy requirements. If you feel like you must, then separate the two workouts by several hours and try to replenish glycogen stores as much as possible between the workouts.

Yea if I was only training 3 times a week I would definitly do it on 3 of my off days but this is my split:
Day1- Push
Day2- Off
Day3- Pull
Day 4- Off
Repeat
I wanted to do HIIT a average of 3 times a week so I will do the AM-PM split:
Day 1- AM-Push PM-HIIT Cardio
Day 2- Off
Day 3- Pull
Day 4- HIIT Cardio
Repeat
Just 1 more question on Day 1 should I lift in the AM or do HIIT in the AM?
