I find it funny that AFTER Florida gave it a try, and found out it was costing the state much more money than it saved, that other ignorant red states signed up for the exact same thing - sorry, but that is a special kind of stupid.
and the ones who are caught are not disqualified they are sent to rehab.... guess who pays for that?
