Lol alright bros got a funny story for you. Theirs this younger kid who comes to the gym and he thinks he knows everything and he's never wrong what else is new... Well today he's in their hops on the bench with his buddy who was spotting him and he has 185 on their and is just slamming it off his chest going fast like a madman when he goes to rack it back up throws it over the support and it puts his buddy on his ass.. The whole gym starts cracking up, thankfully no one got hurt.. Just thought I'd share and p.s. Don't do reps on a bench 100 miles an hour not that I think any of you do lol :mooh:

I used to lift with a pro that most people here would know, and he would always go up to people that lifted that fast and ask them "Who won?"

Then they would look at him all puzzled and say "huh?" He would say "You were going so fast that you had to be racing someone, because otherwise your just acting stupid." It was pretty funny, especially considering who he was and how big he was.

Every guy has a few of these dumb asses. Thanks for sharing :D

Haha yeah it was real funny

LOL That video was hilarious that guy falls dead weight into the dumbbell rack ouch

this happened to me in like 8th grade when I was benching in my friends basement. He had one of those old fashioned benches where you have to cradle it in there just right or the bar goes overboard. I was used to the normal ones where you just lock it out and let the bar go back against the rack thing. This probably isn't making sense, but idk what people who made old fashioned benches were thinking. After a set, my arms are in no shape to gently guide the weight into the small little crevice. Damn old people.
