Hello,
There are lot of tips and pills for loss weight.......
But i want gain weight, and looking some healthy so what should i do?

umm ive heard of engorge it makes you hungrier (not too sure, research it) but im sure if you adjust or alter your diet thats all you'll need
 
Eat a daily 300-500 Calories above your maintanance and lift heavy...

There are pills that will get you big, but they are not healthy if that is a concern...
 
What has been working for me is, get up the same time everyday and try to eat most of your meals at the same time. Eat only the wheat/whole grain versions of your favorite foods. As far as supps go, I just got carbo gain from NOW. To boost up my protein shakes to gainer shakes, that and casein protein before bed would help.
 
Eat and eat again.
Always keep a full
stomach while eating clean.
 
eat a lot, train hard, and get whey & creatine. You can make your own homemade weight gainer shakes as well if you would like to do so.
 
gallon of milk in 30 minutes. Best method.

Seriously tho, try Russian Bear 5000 or Muscle Juice. I gain madd weight off those though half is probably gonna be fat. Russian bear also turns u into a horny gorilla. Take the weight gainer shakes right after your meals (eat diesel meals). not the full serving but maybe half (i would puke). Both are kinda sweet that's the only downside....
