I have posted on some other boards and noone seems to understand what i am trying to ask....
OK...I keep reading "supersets" in every GVT article i come across alon wth 90seconds rest between sets. What exactly am I supersetting?? Lets say i am doing Chest + Back:
Flat Bench 10x10
BB rows 10x10
Incline Hammer PRess 3x10
Chins 3x10
AM i supersetiing bench/rows?? like i was thinking of it:
bench - 10 reps....rest 90 sec then row - 10 reps..rest 90 sec then bench - 10 reps...etc.
OR am i just supersetting the supplementary work?
Please, can someone read and understand my question fully since no one else on the internet can!
