Hey everyone, just a little about me first.

I have been working out for the past 4 years, but have only been training correctly for the past 2.
I recently moved to go to college. I am going to a community college here in Dallas. I live with my aunt for free, as in, I don't pay for rent, or the food I eat at home. So meals usually aren't too big of a problem.

My membership to my gym expired at the end of June. And I didn't renew it for July, because I moved out the 16th.
I never got a membership anywhere here, because I wanted to workout at the college, as long as I was going there for 5 days a week anyway.

I haven't gotten a new job yet, but that will change in the next month or so.
I may just get a gym membership somewhere close in that time, but for now this is it.

I am 6'1".

Before I had my long break, I was weighing in at 187.
To put it simply, I have gotten fatter
But now that's going to change.

My current split will be like so:

Monday: Lower
Tuesday: Upper
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Lower
Friday: Upper
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off

Supplements I will be taking, are currently just:
100% Whey protein
Multi-vit
Omega 3's

I do have an almost full 500g tub of CEE, that I am waiting to use.
As well a nearly full bottle of AAKG, in tablet form.

That's about it.

I'll post my day's workout, how it went etc.
Hours of sleep and quality.
Diet- I will generally say how it went. I have been so anal about it in the past to the point that I nearly got fired/quit at work, because I wasn't allowed to eat my subway, :D

All are welcome to offer any advice/insight/joke around, but Nothing pointless or hateful please. Keep it in openchat.

Tuesday, September 5th

This was my first day back, so I went light on all movements.
I felt pretty good, but I definantely have lost a bit of strength, though I know it will come back quickly with muscle memory.

Upper:
Crunches 3x15 @ Bw
Leg raises 3x10 @ Bw
Bench press 3x6 @ 135, 145, 150 lbs.
Dips 2x5 @ Bw
BB rows 3x6 @ 95 lbs.
Pull-downs to front and behind neck 3x8 @ 100 lbs.
Pull-ups- 1 (LOL)
Rear delt raises 3x10 @ 20 lbs. db's

Like I said, very light and low intensity/volume. Just trying to get back into the swing of things, Expect numbers to increase smoothly and consistently over the next month or so.

Notes:
Over-all pretty easy, though actually made me sweat and got pretty tired.

I should also note that I should have probably gone even lighter on the benchpress. My wrists were in pain after the 3rd set. Joints have to get used to having pressure on them again I guess.

Sleep:
Hours: 10
Quality: 10
Interuptions: 2, got up to pee 2 times

Diet:
Not too bad today.

Yogurt
Bowl of honey nut cheerios
12 inch subway, that I split into 3 meals along with baked lays- Turkey and Ham
protein shake
Nat. Pb and J on wheat.
(Will have something else tonight before bed.)
edit:
at 10 had part of a baked chicken breast, and some mashed potatoes
Also had another Pb and j
Going to Store tomorrow to get more food, I am totally out, except for some tuna

Yes, I lack vegetables and fruit today.

I usually get one serving of each a day.
Not very good I know, but still better Diet than your average american by a long shot.
I usually just worry about eating plenty of protein, and try to make healthy choices through the day.

Whenever I used to first get back into it (I have been at this for about 10 years) I would go balls to the wall. Well over the years I decided to ease my way back into it also. Good decision.

Thanks.
Even though I went fairly light though, I know I'm going to be sore as hell tomorrow!

Sleep:
Hours: 6?
Quality: 5
Interuptions: many, took me a while to finally get to sleep and still woke up several times with my head swimming.

Notes:

Pretty sore, but feel good.
Most sore in traps and anterior delts.

Well looks like it wasn't meant to be.
Sorry folks :(
