Well, I am getting back into shape again....and glad I found this forum to help me do it!
For the last few years I have done this. I gain weight slowly and next thing i know I'm almost 260lbs! I get down to 210 or so...eating right and working out 3-4 times a week then slowly nackslide. i am at 240 now, not waiting for 260 this time. As an extran incentive, my girlfriend an i are going to the bahamas at the end of march. Dont want to get to skinny (which for me is around 205 or so, in my opinion) My goal is to be 215 and BF% around 18 before the cruise.
