Whats up everyone? A little about myself....... I am 31 sober now 6 months ooorah and have lost 60 lbs over the past year from diet and excercise. A Coast Guard veteran using my GI Bill to go back to school for Mechanical design drafting and manufacturing. I am here to get good advice on starting a cycle to build mass and strength that will not dissappear after my cycle is done. I am in the north Los Angeles area. What threads should I start reading to start getting my plan figured out. I am not worried about my diet too much as I worked as professional chef before I went back to school. Currently I am 5'10" 172#s I get plenty of cardio everyday riding my downhill mtn bike around town. Any help would be greatly appreciated
