How much cardio (calorie wise) should you be losing each time you do it? And how often should you be doing it to lose dramastic amounts of weights and notice some difference? 7 days a week?
I mean, that I want to be able to not have a stomach....currently I am guessing that I have 17% BF. I do elliptical whenever I can and lose about 500 calories per 30 minute session....I am just wondering how much I should be losing each session and how often I should be doing it.
