Hey guys i been wanting to get into boxing, i been weightlifting for about a yearr now, i think i got a decent program, push/pull/legs 3x a week anywayz i was just thinking i would start running on the weekends, between 2-4 miles each day and then work on my stamina by shadow boxing, but any other advice would be greatly appreciated also can i just keep my lifting program the same or what should i change? thx for input
