Hey guys...this will be one of my first few posts, so bear with me if I'm in the wrong section or did something wrong. I'm pretty sure this has something to do with dieting, here it goes.

I'm skinny and I wanna get more beef on my bones...so I was just wondering what are your tips on getting more beefy [not fatter --> no disrespect to fat people]

awaiting your replies.
Thx in advance
Jack

Well...you need to lift weights, and eat a good healthy diet w/ enough calories to allow for growth.

Do you wanna start by giving us some stats and your current sample diet? :)

Welcome! and.....uh.....no offense taken on the fat comment.:thumb:

current diet is VERY irregular, but on a normal day...i'd have cereals for breakfast, a huge tuna/salmon/chicken/beef sandwich that'll last till dinner

dinner = rice, vegetables, sometimes macaroni, instant noodles [yikes!!] when i dont have time...and lots of chicken strips.

sometimes, when i dont have time, i skip lunch...sadly :(

also...I've never been fat or chubby :)

oh yeah, i started lifting weight a couple of weeks ago. I'd read the articles ont his site too...the diet, routine etc...I like to think I'm well prepared...I just wanna take the right route to non-skinniness, if such a word exists...hehehe

well for one you need to eat more
try to have 5-6 meals a day, evenly spaced out, and with equal amounts of proteins, fats and carbs

i know where u come from about the irregularity though, my nutrition on weekends sucks

and as w8 said start lifting weights

here is my split right now: (im a skinny guy also)
monday: chest/bi's
tuesday: legs
wednesday: rest day/abs
thursday: back/lats
friday: shoulders/delts/tris
saturday: rest day/abs
sunday: rest day
