she really loves the dodge challenger, I tried to sell her on a cadillac or the porshe panamara but she likes the look, whats a guy to do? of coarse I will have to get the most horsepower available, seems like a waste to get something that just looks fast with it being fast :daydream:

I drove a hemi charger a few times that a friend owned. For a big roomy car it's pretty bad ass.

.. :winkfinger: ... the dodge challenger is a sweet looking car, me likey .. lol

I was going to buy one before we settled on the escalade. I drove the v6 which had 290 hp 6 speed automatic. That bitch would haul ass. Drove the hemi powered v8 which had 370 hp and truthful it wasn't much faster than the much cheaper v6. So in the end it's do you want the awesome sound of a V8 that that drinks the hell out of gas and cost more. Or the way cheaper almost as fast better gas mileage one. It was hard decision then the Cadillac escalade caught the wife's eye. Gas drinking high insurance high payment mofo lolz

Getting the model with the most horsepower available? That'd be the hell cat 707hp, about $80k

Yea now that's a bad mood. I just drove the one with the 5.7 hemi. That hell cat is a nasty bitch

Yep. The hemi has sufficient power but the hellcat is in a whole nother world. I've never driven one though, but its obvious its, like you said, a nasty bitch. Perfect description bro.

I loved the shit out of a Dodge challenger that eventually resided next to my desk before it was sold.
I danced around like a kid when it was first unloaded and harassed the shit out of service to take it out of transport mode then unpacked it myself

I took that thing to lunch every day for three weeks before I started approaching 250 miles on it
it was grabber orange with white side stripes - not fake shelby stripes (wtf would a chrysler have shelby stripes?? twats)
and black interior- I think it had R/T stitching in the head rests but I'm not sure- I'd have to look through old pics I have of it

totally changed my attitude about automatics and paddle shifters because I had only played with eurocars with auto paddle shifters prior and all had various safety settings preventing really horridly bad redlines- not the challenger tho- let me bounce that thing off the rev limitor

an audi s8 6spd quattro stick of the same yr and an m5 6spd rwd of the same yr were ridiculously more aggressive and better handling than the challenger tho...to be fair.

I had just moved from highline sales our dodge dlrships sales when that challenger showed up though and made me more cheery

also the chrysler 300 for a big ass boat with zero visibility was a pretty smooth batmobile

Bullshit

If someone is not aware
Of nearly hundred more horses
And over hundred extra pounds of torque
They probly shouldnt be in the car anyway

I know what you mean, all the emissions and shorter stroke bleeds off those extra horses, that cadillac STS v6 has as much horsepower stock as the v8s in the camaro, mustang, and challenger

Get a caddy ctsv and call it a day.

Next to your desk? what a rook. I used to have one that actually sat on top of my desk next to my monitor. Good times indeed. It was more than obvious the entire office was jealous.

ok so after test driving all the models I gotta say huge difference from 3.6 to 5.7, little difference from 5.7 to 6.4, but that 6.4 RT model sold me, my wife was happy with the 3.6 but i told her listen to the 6.4 and tell me that doesnt get your blood pumping, makes my garage look good. Ill try and get some pics up I'm at work right now
