I'm not so egotistical that I can't ask for help / advice from you guys!
I've been training for a few yrs, and I look pretty good, but I want to get INSANE kind of intense now!! I wanna go that extra mile that'll separate me from the other "good" bodybuilders!
For several months I've been doing ONE full body routine every friday afternoon, and getting fine results. I do have a few different splits in mind, but I wanted to "poll" you guys and see if you had any better ideas!
Right now I'm about 195 lbs 5'10" 11%bf or so.
My eventual goal is to be a single digit BF% at about 200!!!
I plan on just eating a TON of clean food, and training as much as I can without comprimising my recovery ability (34 yrs old). My toughest task is staying OUT of the gym!! I LOVE to train, but I know I need the down time to recover! It seems that I get exraordinarily sore.....my traps are still EXTREMELY sore from fridays shrugs (3 SETS) !! My hams are sometimes sore for OVER a week! Any supplement ideas for increased recovery ability?
I know most of you are probably sick as hell of seeing my ugly mug, but I'm posting them again for the benefit of the newer folks.
Thx in advance
