i apericeate every one reacts differently but ive never tryed the stuff and heard mixed reviews so thought id post up a thread.
as my user name suggests im not a body builder and im not looking to gain loads of size as mma is my main interest and i compete in a 145lb weight classed fights,im currently training 7 hours of mma and 4 hours of weights spread over 5-6 days per week,im seeing a steady slow progression in strength/definetion gains and eating a good diet but im concerned about the possibility of overtraining or mising any amino acids/minerals/vitamins/nutiants.
the only suppliments i use are whey,multi-vit and fish oil and concidering glutamine.....?
