GNC products Vvs. Name brands (whey, glute)

I'm looking for a protein mix after my workout that includes Whey and Glutamine. GNC has this product called Mega Whey, which indludes both and has 40 grams of protein per serving ... I also want to be able to mix in some creatine in there if possible (is that wise?).

Also, are their brands out their that offer all three or at least the whey and glutamine with high protein per serving?

I just finished using GNC 100 pct Whey tub (chocco) ... It was ok.

persionally i find GNC to expensive y not goto a vitamin shoppe, i find they have better prices and more varitity (sp?). there

You can also try supplementdirect.com. As for mixing your ceatine and protein....people do it all the time. I starting doing myself about a month ago.
