I usually go 2 sleep anytime btwn 3 and 5. When I don't hav skool its iight cuz I just wake up mad late, but when I do hav skool I hav 2 wake up at 7:30 n I'm mad tired in skool. I want 2 start sleepin earlier but I'm never tired at nite only during da day. Like if I go 2 bed at 1 I'll just stay awake in my bed for hours. I think my body got used 2 it cuz I've been sleepin late for yrs. I just want 2 kno how I can start 2 sleep early b4 skool starts cuz in skool im mad tired n lazy n i get into mad fights so I def need energy.
O yea n about 2 yrs ago I started gettin sleep paralysis almost every time I slept on my back which is y I haven't slept on my back in 2 yrs, but could dat hav nething 2 do wit my lack of sleep?
