I'm going away for my last spring break at school, and I'm feeling a bit worried about my diet. We're heading to florida and we're going to be gone from sunday night to friday, meaning essentially there are going to be 4.5 days of eating out for the most part. I've just started my cutting diet, and knowing that I'm probably not going to be getting my usual caloric intake, I'm worried that I'm going to lose too much weight from this trip, while cheating practically every meal. Am I worrying too much? I figure its only 4 days, will it really have any effect on me?
