Currenty Im using this one I found...
http://www.jeanpaul.com/maximum.html
it goes -Chest, -back, Quad/hamstrings, -Delts, -tris,bis...
There are some flaws I see in this that I don't see how a professional would not recommend doing any calves or abs, and I've also heard it's not good to do back the day before Legs...If anyone can tell me a better split i'm open to here it and there opinion on this one.

Thats a lot of volume. I just looked at the chest routine. What are your goals? What are your stats? Say what you are looking for and then we will help you find a routine that suits you.

I'm 18, 5'8" 173, around 10% BF, my bench max is around 230-235, I am just looking to get stronger, I also want to look as big as possible but my priority is just to keep getting stronger and improving in my lifts.

there is no good 5 day split per week for a natural guy

Then why is there so many programs made by professionals for the natural guy.

Pretty good stats. Thats a good max for your age and weight. Start looking into your diet more. Gain some good weight and you'll get bigger and stronger.
Stick to the basic compound movements: Squat, DeadLift, Bench Press, Military Press.

I have a pretty good four day split its upper body/lower body push/pull

I put it together for a young friend of my training partner. He put on five pounds in under three months and dropped some fat (he had been sort of lifting and eating well but shit for programs if he even had one). I just ran into him at the gym and its really noticable. I like UP LB because it can be a true push/pull routine. I run it at least a few months out of the year with variations. Kid is early twenties and natty.

Shoot me a PM with your email if you are interested and I will send it to you no problem
