Good/Bad....ok? Critique

Im not a bodybuilder but i do lift and eat healthy......I try to do cardio but i do it by playing racquetball/basketball/swimming....etc.

This is yesterday diet and it changes from day to day so im not bored....please tell me what you think i could do better. I am 155 5' 7.5" ;), 24. Male

Meal one: 6 Egg Whites 2 Fish Caps
1 Egg Yolk 1 Mens Daily Multivitamin
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Cup Milk

Meal 1 and a half :): 2 cups cheerios and some milk....12 oz i think


Meal Two: 1/2 Cup Pineapple ( Crushed in can Unsweetened)
Turkey Burger ( 4 oz turkey, 2 oz spinach, Honey Dijon Mustard, and lemon juice.)
Muffin (Flax, SF Syrup, Egg, ww flour, PB, Milk)
2 fish caps

Meal Three: 1/2 cup oats
1 medium Banana
1 scoop optimum whey - Choc

Meal four : 4 oz Salmon
1/2 cup Brown Rice
Apple
Lots of Broccoli

Meal Five : Eat some Pb out of the Jar(Natty, Smuckers) 2 tbsp maybe
Orange
1 cup cottage Cheese
6 Or so spears of Asparagus
 
What are your goals?
 
My Goals right now are to get leaner. ( Which is why i think i have a Caloric deficit that day and plan on for a month or so). Once i hit 148 I am going to start eating 3000 calories a day (To gain muscle mass) using the same types of foods and lifting and see what happens. I just want to be efficient when i add the calories to gain as little fat as possible. I also just got a desk job and am trying to figure out my maintanence calories ;).
 
So should i assume its perfect since no answer?
