Whats a good breakfest for cutting. and whats a good breakfest for bulkin. i usualy eat 2 bowls of cereal and some bread.
 
It depends on what your caloric and macronutrients needs are. They would basically be the same meals for cutting or bulking - its just that someone cutting would have a smaller portion than the person bulking.

Cereal and Bread for breakfast :scratch: No, that doesn't sound too good. How bout Eggs with Veggies (omlet) and a bowl of oats and peice of fruit. ;)
 
How would i know what my caloric and macronutrients are?
 
I eat 2 cups of oats, a little skim milk, 1 banana, 2 scoops whey, sometimes a few fish oils.
 
plus one for bigdyl breakfast. Thats the exact same thing for me.
