good diet?

heres what i eat up to lunch tell me if this is ok for cutting or not:

BK: 1 banana, 1tbsp all natural peanut butter, 2servings of high protein low carb ceareal.

snack: apple

lunch: small chili from wendys, baked potato w/brocolli and cheese.

it comes out to:

56g Protein
60g sugar(all natural)
24g Total fat(0 trans fatty acids)
150g Carbs
775 Calories
plus apple

thats up to lunch..... my pwo meal is small....veggies fruit and a couple egg whites... dinner always changes but i keep calories around 300 as much as possible.

please give m some feedback so i can perfect my diet. thanks
 
that doesnt help me at all, but thanks. and that 60 sugars should be 38 sry.
 
this is a good recipe . wanna more healthy recipes. i am sure that u will love them a lot . check them out and reply me here to give me ur opinion .
 
biggt this diet is no good at all , read the stickes pls written by jodi...they r gr8 and will help u to make a good diet and then come again and post it so ppl could help u....

I mean who would want to waste 10 minutes of their time reading useful information to make their diet, therefore their workout and gains, more worthwhile? :bulb:

Yeah, Really. It's much cooler to ask for advice you can' handle, call people idiots, then keep eating like crap and in a month or two when you still have all that fat on your butt just assume you have a glandular problem or something.
