I checked the stickies and didn't really see anything, but I could have missed it. Anyways, what are some good ideas for high protein snacks? I'm just about tired of tuna. I've tried so many variations of tuna.

Cottage cheese
Salmon
Lean beef
Chicken
Raw nuts

I keep beef jerky and protein powder baggies at my desk at work. I am also considering bringing cubed chicken breast in a gladware container as well.

yes! i do all three of those :thumb:

avocados are certain more EFAs than protein but here's a neat trick i learned.
take a knife and make a cut all the way around the avocado (lengthwise) then remove one half of the avocado leaving the pit in the other half. throw the half with the pit in a ziploc back and the pit keeps it fresh for about 2 days, in the frig, of course!

chickens
beefs
maximus
opticen
virgins
more beefs...

i dunno man i love meat... can't go wrong with any sort of meat especially canned or dried if your'e looking for snacks. I keep alot of steak and chicken precooked so i can just pull it out of hte fridge and snack away.

the net has alot of recipes too for protien bars, etc. you can make at home..

i'm a lazy ass..and love chocolate..so i put chocolate nitrean in my chocolate instant pudding and eat it when i get to jonesing

i think
Celery with peanut butter
sprouted pulses.
Nuts. They are high in protein
slice of soy cheese

Hmm... lessee here...

Celery with peanut butter
- peanut butter is a fat source - there's not much protein in peanut butter.
sprouted pulses.- You mean things like sprouted lentils and beans, right? Mostly carbohydrate and fibre, with a little protein
Nuts. They are high in protein - Nuts are low in protein - but they're excellent for healthy fats
slice of soy cheese - protein, carb and fat.

It is VERY hard to get in high-protein snacks on a vegan diet.

The above, plus low sugar protein bars.

my favorites are almonds and cashews, especially when i'm on the go, they are really easy to eat! My favorites are this brand called peeled snacks, they have cool packaging and the right portions!

Almonds and cashews are both excellent fat sources, but not very high in protein.
