Can any one recommend a good web site to buy a lifting belt?
Thanks,

I love my Inzer forever belt.

not to hijack or anything, but how often/what exercises do you guys use belts on? I see a lot of pros wearing them their entire workout, but then again I've heard I should stay away from the belt unless I'm maxing out because I want to strengthen my spinal erectors and core in general. Just curious because I don't get to interact with a lot of people who take this stuff as seriously as I do at my gym

I use my belt when I am using heavier weight on compound movements (Squat, Deadlift, ect). Also any overhead press.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones

Same here, I stopped using a belt a while ago but I have to go back to using it again.

Thanks for the responses. I ended up goin with the Altus 6 in Premium Padded Lifting Belt. Ive used it before and I like the 6in back support.

Sorry it didn't get back fast enough to sway you towards the worlds greatest lifting belt. Straight out of Walmart. $14.99 and it even had an attachment system for suspenders if needed. I use my all the time for those heavy core building exercises like curls, cable pushdowns, and seated calf raises. Also Don't ever forget to tighten that dam thing for treadmill action it has saved my life more than once on the treadmill.

Thanks,
Just go to amazon. I just purchased some schiek wrist supports from sportsauthority.com. Sports Authority online has a decent selection.

I sometimes use it for heavy, low-rep (read: 3 reps or less) squats. That's it.
