ALthough I never really post in here I thoguht this would be the best place to post this thread.
I am just getting back to lifting after a 3 painful months the last spent not even lifting any weight.It really feels good and I cant wait to be back to where i was.I thought I would share what happend to me.
After the holidays and not really lifting for 2 or 3 weeks due to family functions i got back to it in early January.About 5 days after doing my first bicep workout I noticed there was still some pain.After a few weeks it got worse.I did some searchs on here and came to the conclusion precher cruls were to blame.Next I did something I have never done in my life I took 6 weeks off!!!Damn it was depressing I ate like shit and started drinking alcohol more often.Anyway I started back up this week and to my surprise only lost about 20lbs on bench.Anyway I will not be doing precher cruls anymore.For those of you wondering the pain was located on the inside of my elbow area and lower bicep.I believe I strained some tendons but I am not sure.
