hey guys,
I am getting married soon and needs good training routine in my honey months. I will have more that one honey month. It is about three months
. I need your help to give me good training routine for this period so I can stay in shape not getting fat and hitting each muscle once a week. I will go to the gym three days a week only during this period spending one to one and half every time.
