Well, I'm 17, 6,2" 168lb I'm not skinny, just have a little meat on my bone, so here's my problem..
I've started going to the gym again 2 weeks ago since school exam finished and I have some belly fat, I mean it's pretty minimal I would say but i can't seem to lose it.. I have a very lean diet, I only drink water, lots of it and I just cant lose the damn fat, even tho it isn't much I cant get any abs to appear because of it... I know my diet is doing good so what exercises can help kill that fat ? Because no ab workout can kill ab fat. If this helps I go to the gym 4 times a week, I've look on for some exercise but many sources will say something different so I thought this forum would be the best place to ask !

There isn't one. You can't spot-reduce body-fat. A "very lean" diet won't help you to lose body-fat unless you're in Caloric deficit and it may actually do you harm by being deficient in omega-3 EFAs.

The best exercise for ripping the unsightly fat and wobbly bits off your belly is the "push against pull" technique developed by yours truly.

Stand at approx' your normal height, legs shoulder width apart.

Take a deep breath and hold it.

As the fridge door opens, breath out and push smoothly but firmly away from your torso until the door is shut again.

For best results the little light should go out and you'll hear a dull "thunk" sound.

Repeat as often as necessary.
