Just wanted to get people's thoughts, especially gopro's since it is his program
On the arm workouts would it be ok to alternate the exercises. For example Barbell Curl, then CG bench, then preacher curl etc....
I find that, for example, in week 1, I barbell curl 110x4-6 for 3 sets. By the time I get to the preacher curl my arms are tired and I either have a hard time going up in weight or cannot complete enough reps on the sets.
By alternating I think you would give the bicep a chance to recover more and you can blast it even harder on the next exercise. Same for the tricep.
Also, doing deadlifts at 300lbs on week 1 of the back workout. However, I feel that when I am going back to the starting position, my lower back hurts. I flex my abs and use my upper back to take some of the stress of my lower back and I feel I am doing it right. Is it perhaps better to do racked deadlifts at this kind of weight?
