got a nasty headache while working out?

tonight while i was working out,i got a massive headache while doing weights??any body know what would of caused this?
 
headaches have too many reasons, but when you already have one it can be aggravated by lifting weights as your blood pressure rises while lifting ....the best thing is to just walk or do some treadmill jogging ..it will make you feel better.
 
Tension headache that started in your neck and radiated up?

I've gotten them sometimes. I tend to get headaches when I'm already depleted and training.

Does it occur often? On particular days? I find leg day, particularly leg press aggravates it the worst for me on a very heavy rep. But I feel its either when I came in w/ a headache waiting to happen, I have a tweak in my neck already or I"m depleted and any heavy energy expenditure is all I need to make it flare.

Also wondering about blood pressure?
 
Get your blood pressure checked. Do a search about this. There was a thread in this section or anabolic section were the same question was asked not to long ago. There was some good info in that thread.
 
blood pressure got checked on monday for physical for work..76/116...i have always had good blood pressure.i am thinking i draied myself.i did weight for 1 hour and a half and did cardio for 30 mins
 
How's your breathing, some guys hold there breath and strain that could do it
 
Sooo many reasons bro. You just never know. I would monitor it and see if it happens again. Maybe there is a reason, maybe there isn't
