Hey Bros!

As many of you know, I suffer from a shit load of back problems. I have to use pain killers, anti-inflammatories, low doses of deca, physical therapy, and a good amount of HGH. The pain meds help with some of the pain, and allow me to feel my legs and relieve pain in parts of my back, as do the anti-inflammatories. The deca I take acts like a lubricant for my joints, but I honestly feel that the best help I'm getting, is from the HGH I take. I'm really pissed off and upset at the fact my insurance will not pay for a medicine that is in fact helping me. In any case, I came across this article that talks a little bit about HGH and Back Pain and thought I would share it with you guys here...

Read the Following article on "HGH And Back Pain".

Back pain can become a very unpleasant experience that wrecks your day and the days to come. This type of pain is usually felt in the back that usually originates from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine. The pain can often be divided into neck pain, upper back pain, lower back pain or tailbone pain. It may have a sudden onset or can be a chronic pain; it can be constant or intermittent, stay in one place or radiate to other areas. It may be a dull ache, or a sharp or piercing or burning sensation. The pain may be radiate into the arm and hand), in the upper back, or in the low back, and may include symptoms other than pain, such as weakness, numbness or tingling.

It is said that in the U.S., acute low back pain is the fifth most common reason for physician visits. About nine out of ten adults experience back pain at some point in their life, and five out of ten working adults have back pain every year. Thus it is no wonder that there have been many supplements and methods in the market today claiming to cure back pain.

The spine is a complex interconnecting network of nerves, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments, and all are capable of producing pain. Large nerves that originate in the spine and go to the legs and arms can make pain radiate to the extremities. This makes back pain a very complex problem to treat. But do you know that human growth hormone, a hormone being secreted by the pituitary gland when we were young, holds the answer to back pain problems?

But how does HGH relieve back pain?

HGH and Back Pain? Is There Relief?

There are many studies revealing human growth hormone as a promising way to treat connective tissue/joint problems, and studies are starting to support that conclusion. There have been impressive developments recently in the use of growth factors for accelerated healing of sports related injuries, overuse syndromes, improved healing after some plastic surgery procedures, as well as studies finding success in the area of orthopedics.

This is because many people who suffer from chronic connective tissue problems and chronic back problems are often found to have low IGF-1, and reversing that state of low IGF-1 as a treatment for these pathologies is a viable treatment.

Human growth hormone works to relieve back pain by two mechanisms. Because polypeptide hormones are not fat-soluble, they cannot penetrate sarcolemma. Thus, HGH exerts some of its effects by binding to receptors on target cells, where it activates a second messenger. Through this mechanism GH directly stimulates division and multiplication of chondrocytes of cartilage, and that helps a lot in relieving back pain.

HGH also stimulates production of insulin-like growth factor 1 which has stimulatory effects on osteoblast and chondrocyte activity to promote bone growth.

That's a good read!! It sucks that things like HGH, peptides, and other hormones are illegal and hard to get.

wasn't really gonna go in to this but it applies. Nice to know that my gear may be helping my back and neck issues.
c4-c5&c5-c6 fusion with all the titanium hardware
L5-s1 fusion with the same.
:winkfinger:

Nice post Vic...def has helped me too with certain injuries throughout the years...NICE KITS btw!

Yeah, the kits are freaking amazing. Best bang for buck with these new REAL GreyTops. Before I was dropping $500 on Seros, never again! I was getting worried that my connection was not going to get anymore, but he is back and healthy as ever. I'm taking 3iu a day now...any more and my hands hurt too much. I'm jealous of those who don't get the sides. Still...totally worth it. I was toying with the notion of adding IGF and slin in the mix again....but I'm not. I just want to keep what I have. And the prolonged use of HGH will in fact promote hyperplasia, so I'm going to be packing on some mass however you look at it. It would just be a LOT better with a test base...and I will run a short test prop and tren ace run for 8 weeks soon.:-)

I came across another writing about a man who is suffering with another back problem called, spinal osteoporosis, which the evidence strongly suggests is IGF-1 related.

Note: As of this writing, there is a federal law in the United States that prohibits the use of human growth hormone for any purpose outside of a very narrow range of conditions. At the beginning of 2007, the federal government made some attempts to start enforcing this previously obscure law. This caused great human suffering and several deaths.

"I can give a personal example of the health damage caused by the prohibition on the "off-label" use of HGH. I have a strong genetic tendency toward spinal osteoporosis, which the evidence strongly suggests is IGF-1 related. (IGF-1 is produced in response to growth hormone.) My father died very slowly of the effects of this disease as his spine crumbled away. The FDA does not recognize this condition, and federal law prohibits the use of HGH against osteoporosis unless damage to the pituitary gland can be demonstrated. As a result of FDA attempts to enforce this law, I spent 6 months without HGH. During this period, I lost 8 percent of the bone mineral density of my L1 vertebrae, more than 10 percent of my L2 vertebrae, and more than 21 percent of the density of my L3 vertebrae.

During this same period, I crossed the threshold from spinal osteopenia to spinal osteoporosis. I am quite healthy otherwise. I subsequently obtained medical care outside of the United States in order to avoid further spinal deterioration. By taking control of my own medical care, I have been able to substantially regain most of my loss of spinal bone mineral density. Because of my willingness to go to great lengths to use hormones in ways not approved by authoritarian governments, I no longer have osteoporosis. I had to stop using growth hormone in 2010 because I could no longer afford it. By that time, however, I had found other non-FDA-approved treatments that are continuing to (more slowly) increase my bone density.

Many doctors in the United States simply ignore the law prohibiting the uses of HGH for conditions not specifically approved by the FDA. Any doctor who does so, however, is risking legal problems. Although it is almost impossible to actually convict any physician for prescribing HGH for any legitimate medical condition (because juries are more compassionate than government bureaucracies), the federal government has tried, and such attempts have been financially very costly for physicians."
