today i got up didnt do much all day just tv i had alote of baked fish well any way it was about 930 pm i felt like lifting so i did a set of cross overs and then did one set of bench got up and was dizzy so a waited for about 5 min then did another set of cross overs then rest two min did bench got up and was real dizzy had to set down stoped and got on here to see what i did wrong all and im seeing spots
