Okay, well er I am confused... firstly donescobar mate what IS your history and secondly can you post your bulking diet. Thanks. I'm 18, my met is slowing down but it's still way too quick and U REALLY wanna pack on some SERIOUS muscle.

J'bo, I'm curious, how much activity do you do at 2500 calories? Do you have a cardio routine, or are you generally an active person?
