Mash cauliflower and mix with blender, add 1-2 tbs garlic, 1-2 tbs onion powder with salt and pepper. I typically add a small amount of almond milk and olive oil.
Taste like mash potatoes. Well, pretty close anyway.

To be honest, I hate cauliflower. This was made for me and was surprised that it taste nothing like cauliflower. I made it for myself when I was carb cycling and it was good. Definitely not real mash potatoes but close enough to get a fix in a carb deficit.
