Greetings my fellow builders
This is a great chance to introduce myself again. I?m Leopold, 21 years old, who is inspiring to achieve my best physical shape and excellent athletic form.
Let me tell you guys a bit about my past. I used to be your typical nerd with a lazy ass for sports. HATED THEM! I used to be quite the glutton piggy as well and would over indulge myself with food as well.
Below is a link showing a picture of what I looked like about a year ago.

I have always wanted to be a role model and leader. I knew that to be one I had to constantly always improve myself to be a better person. I came to realize that included my body and health as well. So I pretty much put balance on my life and begun to work hard to achieve my goals. I worked hard and hard and started to eat healthy with a balanced diet. I never thought working out would improve not just my physical, but my personality as well making a more confident and better person.
Currently this is what I look today.

I?m not quite sure what exactly my body fat is but I?m estimating its around 11%-13%
I currently weight 145 lbs
My diet and macros mostly consist of 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs. It can vary a little bit each day but for the most part that?s how it rolls. I have given up a lot of food and I eat VERY healthy and high on protein. I?m usually consuming around 310 grams of protein daily. Also I break down my meals around 5-6 each day adding up around 2000-2200 calories.
I don?t really have much of a workout routine but I always make sure I?m challenging my body. I?m extremely active. I do focus a lot on working different parts of my body throughout the week and do HIIT training cardio such as sprinting and treadmill. Only negative part about my workout is that I don?t have access to dumbbells nor advanced weight training machines (only basic machines such as bench etc).
I make sure I have lots of whey protein, and my daily doses of creatine and testosterone booster for athletic training.
Here?s where I need your advice guys?
I really want to start bulking up without gaining much fat (I have become fat phobic) if it?s possible; or at least build up but keep the fat levels very low as I gain muscle. I really would hate to bulk up and look like a truck with such a large amount of fat for months.
I understand how genetics work for the most part and it?s a thing of you have it or you don?t? but my ULTIMATLY goal is to achieve a body such as of James Alexander-Ellis?

I?m very eager to listen to the advice of experienced and professionals such as in here. Please provide some criticism or insight of what steps I should be taking to reach this goal. Please I understand and accept its going to be a very hard road but I?m willing to put as much work as I can. Also anybody could roughly predict when I would be able to see the results.
Thanks guys, would be very much appreciated!
