Hi there.
My name is Michael. I'm a 27 year old Dutch South African living in Dublin, Ireland. Confused yet? I'm a total newbie to the whole bodybuilding thing, but I've been wanting to do a little bit of work on my chassis for a while. I'm 6ft, 202 pounds and in desparate need of some decent training and nutrition! I work as an accountant and have a nasty habit of neglecting my body i.e. not eating regularly and being sedentary all day long!
My wife and I have just started at gym and we're really excited about it. We're hoping to see some changes after 3 months of training (too optimistic?). We're following the diet and workout plans from "Global Health and Fitness" and I'm reading all the material I can get my hands on!! There are some really good publications in the Elite Members download area!
Just wanted to say hi and I hope that I can get some info from you guys about specific training issues on the other forums later!
