Guide to a Proper Warmup

I estimate I drop into the category of somebody who has been heating up wrong! I've habitually wanting on the rowing appliance for 5 minutes and finished static stretching.
 
great advice! i never did 10 minutes of cardio before workout. i always thought it would tire me out. hitting gym in 20 minutes gonna try, f*ck it cant hurt. on an insane cycle i can work out for hours. i love GEAR!
 
I get the physical benefits, but mental? Hmm. Never impacted me in that regard.
