From the trailers I've seen, I think he only trains arms and maybe chest.

Kefe will put him to shame
My 15 year old brother would put him to shame.

he is just a NORMAL guy, not a lifter, not a bodybuilder and never a monster. All the previously mentioed types of physique tend to be impressive, but not him.

He looks pretty average

Maybe he does a few curls and pressups before he goes on set to get pumped

I would rather prefer ryan reynold's physique in blade trinity or brad pitt in fight club.

Ahsan - Reynolds' physique in Blade 3 was pretty awesome. Don't know if his legs matched, but it's something I'd rather aim for.

Lighting plays a pretty big role in those 2 pics. Pitt was supposedly only 155 in Fight Club. That OC guy or whoever he is, isn't so far off from those 2 considering the last link posted of him.

Although as mrmark said it's possible he just trains the "beach" muscles.

The guy is as tall as me so its pretty much my sorta ideal physique. Is there anyone who knows how much Ryan Reynolds weigh in Blade 3?

Ryan said 'My objective was to get 25 pounds of muscle on, and I got about 22 by the end. '

Google him and it comes up with loads of cheesey interviews...

Ryan Reynolds??? process was to gain weight. ???There weren???t restrictions for me,??? he said. ???Jessie had a very different diet but I had to eat, eat, eat, eat, as much as you possibly can all the time in every shape and form. It didn???t matter. Every two hours I would eat.???

That protein would fuel his muscles for the intense weight lifting. ???Like more weights than I could ever dream of. I can hear the clink of barbells in my head still. It was intense. We???d do two hours of weightlifting a day and then an hour of fight training and then go shoot for fifteen hours. The shoot was a workout. When you???re getting tossed around like a midget with Triple H, it looked like midget tossing. I thought I was big but that guy??????

I googled it and it was 180 lbs not sure cuz link wasn't opening. I read it in the introduction of the link.

I don't think Ryan Reynolds did it naturally. There is no way he trained for 2 hours, 1 hour of fight training then filmed for 15 hours. I think he had some assistance....

I was about to say the same thing. What do ya think? What supplements or gear he took? I read in an article that he took
whey, protein bars,creatine,glutamine and CLA

Even with Dorian Yates training him, with the short time he had, and the other commitments (acting) he couldnt do that naturally.

It's obtainable his look, but would take a few years, not months like he did.

Yeah nobody is training two hours a day with weights AND fight training AND shooting. Even with gear it doesn't sound possible. I bet he was exaggerating.

Celebrities probably exagerate as to their training frequency/volume because the average person has the misconception that hours in the gym = huge.

Ditto!!

I think for me , It would take me around another 7-8 months of fucking bulking to look like ryan reynolds. I am 6'3" weigh 165 -170 (not sure cuz of fucking pathetic bathroom scales). Guys I weighed myself a month ago and I was 166 and now after 1 month when I weighed myself I was 163 on the same scale. My chest grew a lil bit though but still no sign of increase in bodyweight. Why is that??
