i'm about a month into a 500mg ew test e cycle. i think i have, or am getting gyno. my left nipple has been itching for about 8 days and my right one has started itching slightly today. i don't have any puffiness, soreness or lumps though. i'm starting to retain a little water and i don't have much of a sex drive.

i think my estrogen is too high &/or i'm getting gyno. i was taking .25 of a-dex ed. when my left nipple started itching a week or so ago, i upped it to .5 ed, but that apparently didn't do the trick. i also have a bottle of nolvedex xt. what should i do?

- wait it out a little longer
- take more anastrozole
- start taking the nolvedex
- (any other suggestions)
 
ok, thanks again. i'm glad i have the nolvadex on hand. it pays to be prepared, i guess.
 
do you think the nolvedex xt i have will work OK though?

Heavy sounds like good advise your giving the op. I have a similar situation but in my case it's the right side and not under the nipple but deeper and it's a lump. My case is I believe I have a case or prepubal gyno that has been there for years and has now been agrivated. My cycle and stats are this. 53 years old been lifting all of my adult life. Diets good, trainings good, plenty of fluids and supps. Cycle is 250mgs test-E, 100 mgs norma deca and for the first 3 weeks I was taking 3 metanabol by jelfa. 5mg tabs, 1am, 1noon and 1 before bed. The d-bol is over now and it was really powerful, put on about 12 lbs and I feel the lump has went down some and is not sore anymore since I stopped the d-bol. I have adex coming and it should be here any day now and I will jump on .05mgs eod as soon as I get it. Question is this....I have been told not to take nolva while on deca as it can aggrivate the situation even more. If it was a test only cycle I wouldnt hesitate to begin therapy with my nolva. I have plenty of pharm grade 10mg nolva. Can I safely take the nolva now until I get the adex? Or is it correct not to while I have deca in my system? You have great advise and I look forward to your reply.
 
You are correct, nolvadex can make progestin related gyno worse. Wait for the dex, and I'd start it at .5mg ed.

OP, Are you on test alone? I don't know what that XT stuff has in it so I can't help you there at all. I suggest you up the armidex to 1mg ed. Are you confident you have real armidex? Also, if you are that gyno prone, I suggest you keep some letro on hand and have aromasin on hand instead of armidex or at least switch to aromasin for PCT.

This is a good lesson for everyone. Always make sure to have your ancillaries on hand BEFORE you start any cycle.

I think this shit is real nolva, Novedex xt, from what I have been hearing, (anti aromatase). I know its a Test booster, but It does the same as nolva from guys I know who take it during aas. Iv always have used and keep on hand the human grade nolva just in case, but what iv heard this stuff is the same. I know gnc keeps it locked up where I live, wtf. prob just a ph, who knows, iv never really done any studies on it.

yes, i'm on test alone. i was doing 300mg of deca a week too, but stopped it almost 2 weeks ago. i can't swear the anastrozole i have is real. i got it from innovative peptides. i was refered to them by one of the gurus here. i assume it's real, but how could i tell for sure? i am on HRT, so i won't be doing any PCT.

No, not the same. Real nolva is tamoxifen citrate (Z)2-[4-(1,2-diphenyl-1-butenyl) phenoxy]-N, N-dimethylethanamine 2 hydroxy-1,2,3- propanetricarboxylate )

I have more ancillaries in my medicine cabnet than steroids. Last time I checked I had Nolva, Clomid, Prami, Adex, Aromasin, HCG, Caber and Accutane. I prefer Aromasin though. Once that is dialed in you don't need Nolva.

Yeah, not the same but never the less it still performs. I prefer Nolvadex but check out this performance;

This study examined the effects of an aromatase-inhibiting nutritional supplement on serum steroid hormones, body composition, and clinical safety markers. Sixteen eugonadal young men ingested either Novedex XT or a placebo daily for 8 wk, followed by a 3-wk washout period. Body composition was assessed and blood and urine samples obtained at weeks 0, 4, 8, and 11. Data were analyzed by 2-way repeated-measures ANOVA. Novedex XT resulted in average increases of 283%, 625%, 566%, and 438% for total testosterone (P=0.001), free testosterone (P=0.001), dihydrotestosterone (P=0.001), and the testosterone:estrogen ratio (P=0.001), respectively, whereas fat mass decreased 3.5% (P=0.026) during supplementation. Yea dg, I know whats in the real nolva, just seems like the novedex xt is the talk of the town now, was just wondering why.

alright guys, thanks for all the info. i ran into my buddy today that got me the test and was telling him about my nipples itching, ect. he said for me to come by his house later and he would give me something. he gave me 10 letrozole tabs (2.5mg). he said to cut them in half and take a 1/2 ed for 4 or 5 days (or until symptoms were gone). then take a 1/2 once a week for maintenance, for the rest of my cycle.

i started taking the nolvedex xt last night. should i continue with that, or use the letro now? which would be best? if i switch to the letro, does his recommended dosing sound right? not that i don't trust him, i just like to get all the opinions and info i can on this stuff. he said too much of the letro would keep my dick from getting hard. that's not cool. . . . . what's up with that?
 
Letro is similar to Adex but takes longer to reach steady state levels. They are both Aromatase Inhibitors. For fast acting gyno management you need a SERM like Nolvadex to block the action of estrogen in the breast tissue. You may use letro but I personally would just increase the Adex instead as it is faster than Letro. Nolvadex is faster than both so that would be my first choice while continuing the Adex.

If you overuse aromatase inhibitors libido will decrease.

Interesting.......alot on AM did not like the xt. that pubmed study is interesting.
 
update:

for anyone interested. i have taken 2 pills (novledex xt) per night, for 3 nights now and the gyno symptoms i was having are gone. granted, i wasn't having any serious issues, but the xt seems to have put a quick stop to the ones i was having. i will continue taking it a few more days like heavy suggested though.

on a side note: does anyone have any experience with innovative peptides? that's where i got my adex and i'm wondering if it's fake (or maybe way underdosed). one of the big dogs here told me about them in a pm, but i can't remember who it was.

i hate to think those guys fucked me. at the same time, i hate to think i'm that prone to get gyno, so i don't know which is worse, lol.

anyway, thanks for everyone's help.
 
ive just started a on test cyp, and taking tamoxifen 20mg tabs from apex, can anyone tell me if tamoxifen from apex are any good for gyno prob/issues??

well this is great. i took the novadex for 7 days. all the itching has been gone for several days and i think my water retention is down some too. i killed it at the gym this week and lost a lb. had to be water, right? BUT, my dick won't get hard now. goddammit. . . . . what do i do now? i guess as my estrogen builds back up, my libido will return, along with my gyno symptoms. wtf. . .
 
I here that novedex xt will suppress your libido after awhile, start taking ai's now or stop and take clomid for 3 weeks.
