what is this?
i seem to have it from what i am told
not enough testosterone. il post pix youll se what i mean. nipples are puffy its really annoying.

Let's see the pictures first. I don't know much about getting rid of gyno, I even hear it may be impossible without surgery depending on how bad they are. My best advice would be to cut your bodyfat, then if they don't disappear, seek other options. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I know this subject has come up before.. perhaps run a search.

Yea..Kent is right. Lower your bf first to see if it goes down. Sometimes it's just fat that looks like gyno that goes down when your bf goes down. If not, check with your doctor.
