Hey guys this weekend I went to the everglades to go fishing for the weekend. While there I had a great breakfast but never made time for lunch and dinner was not very healty. Any ideas on what I can pack to take on a boat as fishing is a big part of my life on weekends? I used to take samiches and tater chips but now that I'm cleaning my self up I could use some input. Also got measured today for my BF% and I'm down to 21%!!:rocker: That 5% lower than when I started two months ago. Also down another two pounds this week. I have also lost 3&1/2in off my waist.

There are lots of things you can do -
Take some shaker bottle with some ground oats, protein powder, PB and skim milk in it... Or take a tupperware container with tuna, rice and vegetables in it (in a cooler). You could also take some home-made bars (oats, protein powder, egg whites, applesauce, PB, cinnamon and vanilla essence).

Other really simmple things:
Take some cans of tuna/salmon, some nuts (eg: walnuts), some hard boiled eggs, some tubs of cottage cheese (in the cooler again), some canned legumes (chick-peas, lentils, kidney beans), some fruit (apples, pear), some cartons of skim long-life milk (can withstand the heat),

Also got measured today for my BF% and I'm down to 21%!!:rocker: That 5% lower than when I started two months ago. Also down another two pounds this week. I have also lost 3&1/2in off my waist.
Excellent! :thumb: Keep up the great work!

Hey thanks you all!! I guess I could pack an extra cooler on the boat, now I just have to remember to eat cause I get so wraped up in the moment that I lose track of time:bulb:

Oh ya, and don't forget to pack up some Home-made Trail Mix for the trip!! ... like mixing together Wheat chex cereal, unsalted pretzels, Peanuts, even a few M & M's won't hurt!! Great snack!! Sure beats reaching for that bag of chips! ;)

Have Fun on the trail ! :thumb:
