Hey guys this weekend I went to the everglades to go fishing for the weekend. While there I had a great breakfast but never made time for lunch and dinner was not very healty. Any ideas on what I can pack to take on a boat as fishing is a big part of my life on weekends? I used to take samiches and tater chips but now that I'm cleaning my self up I could use some input. Also got measured today for my BF% and I'm down to 21%!!
That 5% lower than when I started two months ago. Also down another two pounds this week. I have also lost 3&1/2in off my waist.
