I'm in this weight training and condition class at school. 1 credit hour course to get me up to full time for insurance purposes.

2 hours of lifting per week.

Anyways. . .I wanted to try for my 1rm because I've never attempted it before (weight lifting has never been an important part of my life).

180lbs on the bench baby!!!

Not bad for a guy at 145lbs who lifts once a week, I suppose.
 
Once a week heh, there is a guy at my gym who goes twice a week... I dare you to beat him!

He is 205 and benches about 185...
 
You have a lot of posts on this board for someone who only works out 2 hours a week. Do you just enjoy the conversation here?
