Anybody can make a good looking website.
And trust me, id be happy with 18" arms aswell, but its not gonna happen without a great deal of diet management, good balanced training, and TIME.
That 12 hour program will not do anything for you except put an immense amount of stress on your central nervous system, and overwork your arms (which are pretty damned small muscles) to the point of structural trauma and tearing. The simple fact is that you grow outside of the gym.
Training is the stimulus, muscle growth is the response to that stimulus, for muscle growth you need food to fuel it, and time for it to actually happen. If it were as easy as 1 day in the gym, everybody would have huge arms wouldnt they?
