My goals are to be happy and healthy. As many of you who know me are aware, I have past binging issues that I still struggle with, but am much stronger in the struggle. So, you'll probably see that on some days my diet is not that of a fitness competitor - not "perfect" but I am a work in progress and am looking forward to your support and getting to know all the new peeps.
