I am starting to get into the older AC/DC.A few songs I like to listen to while lifting are "Who Made Who" and "Hell's Bells".That's about as hardcore as I get.

Well, I opened up at the gym this morning and I asked like 4 people if they thought the music was to loud, they all thought it was fine, but I found it to loud.

So YES, I'm getting older FOR SURE.

Especially today.

I love the AC/DC, Van halen, Hendrix (best of) I'll listen to Guns and Roses.. Nirvana, I also listen to the Limp now and then (borrow it from my 14 year old)??? but sometimes I go silent.... and meditate on each muscle as I lift...
