or would this be horrible overtraining, im going away in 12 weeks and im just back from an injury, so was thinking 6 weeks of ud bulking followed by 6 weeks of a ud cut, or would a standard bulk be a better option followed by a ud 2.0 cut just before i go away??? (ive had good results with the ud cut before)
