I just recently read a couple articles on protein cycling. Has anyone tried it and/or had success with it? Supposedly, after a period of time of protein deprivation (you only get 30 grams right after a workout, other than that, nothing), the muscles are so desperate for protein that when you re-introduce it back into your system, the muscles really soak the protein up and grow veru quicly. Any truth in this, or is it just another gimmick and it is better to stick with protein 365 days a year? Anyone ever tried this?
